Hi, I'm Anika and I'm glad you found your way here.

I guide people who want to release physical tension, stress and emotional overload through conscious breathwork and improve their physical performance, bringing more calm, clarity and stability into their lives. My sessions are body-oriented, mindful and without pressure. Your breath doesn't just influence how you feel. It also shapes how your nervous system responds. That's exactly where change begins that you can feel in everyday life. My intensive Intesoma® Breathwork training comprises over 400 hours and spans an entire year of theory, practice, coaching and self-exploration. This journey has shown me how much changes when breathing, body and mind are consciously aligned. This depth shapes my work. I see again and again how conscious, functional and transformative breathing helps people let go of old patterns, regulate stress and feel more clearly what they really need. It's a special privilege to accompany people on this path.

For almost 20 years I have been moving between water, warmth and people. Over time, I have delved deeper and deeper into bodywork, movement and rituals. Everything I have learned flows into my work today – clear, body-oriented and grounding.

Answers to the most important questions about Breathwork

Breathwork is an active form of breathing work that consciously sets the body in motion. Through specific breathing patterns, your system is activated. Energy flows, emotions become perceptible. This opens up space for processes that often remain suppressed in everyday life.

Breathwork is suitable for people who want to feel deeply rather than just function. For people who carry emotional tension, feel inner restlessness, or feel disconnected from their body.

It helps to integrate held emotions, make patterns visible, and gain clarity on inner issues.

It is particularly meaningful for people

  • who suppress a lot or "push through",
  • who long for emotional relief,
  • who want more access to their body and intuition,
  • who are at points where something "needs to move".

After a preliminary conversation where we discuss your goals and any contraindications, I guide you through targeted breathing techniques. Sessions take place online or in-person and last 60-90 minutes depending on the format.

In breath coaching, we work in a regulating and functional way. It is gentle, stabilizing and practical for everyday life. The breathing technique is trained so that your body works more efficiently. This supports with stress, sleep, focus and also in sports.

Transformative breath sessions work in an activating and process-opening way. The breath is consciously used more intensely. Energy flows, emotions become perceptible. Old patterns can emerge, inner images arise, the body reacts more strongly. It's about depth, letting go, emotional release and inner transformation.

In short: Breath coaching stabilizes and strengthens the body. Transformative Breathwork opens and moves inner processes.

Yes, for certain conditions such as epilepsy, psychosis, pregnancy or severe cardiovascular diseases, transformative breathwork is not suitable. In the preliminary conversation, we'll determine together which form is right for you.

Sessions take place online via Zoom or in-person in the Trier, Luxembourg and Saarland region. For group workshops and retreats, there are various locations. We discuss details individually.
